House Washing 

Whether you're putting your house on the market or just looking for a major spruce up, Vernon can help with all aspects of house washing, including pressure or soft wash, mould and moss removal, and chemical treatment options. Equipment can reach up to 7 metres without ladders.

Gutter Clearance 

Vernon uses a vacuum clearance and cleaning system with carbon fibre poles that reach up to 12 metres without the need for ladders. Clients are shown before and after photos so they can see how thoroughly the job has been done.

Concrete Cleaning 

High pressure equipment is used for concrete cleaning, with a chemical wash for extra stain and grease removal if needed.

Painting Services 

Sorry, for the present time Walkers Property Maintenance is having to cut back on painting work, due to lack of staff. Hope to update this section soon.

Vernon was engaged to undertake an exterior house and roof wash as part of our home sale process. Communications were great, straight up and clear at all times. The work required would have been a significant undertaking as it required chemical treatments for both moss, mould, lichen etc. I was pleased when Vernon commenced the work. He explained up front that it would require certain weather conditions (i.e. not raining, not windy) as it could cause issues with the process and cause damage to foliage and plant life. He came with significant equipment – more than capable for the job at hand. This meant that the walls of the house were cleaned fully within hours, and far exceeded expectation. The roof was completed days after, and where equipment didn’t reach the full extent, finished the job off the old fashioned way with manual scrubbing for no additional cost. Very impressed indeed. Talking with Vernon it is clear that he has a very high work ethic, and the level of work undertaken is high. I’ve no problem recommending him to others for similar work.
